Front blade shields and rear offcut barriers for mechanical, hydraulic, and foot-operated shears
Power Shear Machine Guards enclose the blade line and rear discharge area of a squaring or power shear, blocking hand access to the shear point while allowing stock to feed through and offcuts to drop clear. PowerSafe builds each guard to the specific throat opening, bed height, and blade width of your machine, using welded steel framing. Guards are available as front-only, rear-only, or full front-and-rear packages, with optional interlocking to prevent blade cycling whenever the guard is out of the protected position.
