A Sales Engineer makes a site visit to preform a collaborative machine guarding assessment to conceptualize guarding designs after an understanding of the associated process(es). We are able to assess multiple aspects, including machine hazards, functional safety, stop time distance, machine acquisition, ergonomic safety, and more.

Once the initial conceptual review is complete, our tenured and skilled engineers create 3d CAD models and a scope of work summary detailing the best solutions for your custom machine safety system. Deliverables to include a PowerPoint presentation and turnkey quote with material, installation, integration, and optional upgrades.

Upon your approval and purchase order, our team verifies the designs onsite, project is manufactured and sub-assembled, safety controls are built and tested, machine guarding installation is schedule, field crew is prepped, and deliverables are prepared.

Next with our onsite installation and electrical integration, we schedule time for our customer safety program review, dock our job trailer setting up for the safety upgrade, perform the physical guarding implementation while tracing and integrating the e-safety devices, and commissioning the project with your maintenance team. Spare parts for maintenance and schematic deliverables available.
