The CobotReady Workstation from PowerSafe Automation is a standardized, pre-assembled and pre-wired JAKA collaborative robot system designed for bench assembly, sorting, demonstrations, and light-duty material handling applications.
Built on a durable T-slotted aluminum extrusion frame with an integrated work surface, each system includes a JAKA collaborative robot with controller, electrical and pneumatic connections, and integrated cable management.
Optional upgrades include enhanced PLC/HMI controls, standard end-of-arm tooling (EOAT), and application-specific safety solutions.
CobotReady Workstation provides a practical, self-contained platform for collaborative automation, allowing manufacturers to develop and operate robotic applications without investing in a fully customized integration system.
Application-specific risk assessment, programming, commissioning, and safety validation are required before production use. Work surface loading, robot reach, payload, and overall system stability must be evaluated for the intended application.
