The CobotReady Mobile from PowerSafe Automation is a standardized, pre-assembled and pre-wired JAKA collaborative robot system designed for training, demonstrations, and flexible automation applications across multiple production areas.
Built on a durable, mobile T-slotted aluminum extrusion cart, each system includes a JAKA collaborative robot with controller, electrical and pneumatic connections, integrated cable management, and a mobile platform designed for convenient relocation.
Optional upgrades include enhanced PLC/HMI controls, standard end-of-arm tooling (EOAT), and application-specific safety solutions.
CobotReady Mobile provides a flexible approach to collaborative automation, allowing manufacturers to relocate their cobot between approved applications without investing in a fully customized robotic integration system.
Application-specific risk assessment, programming, commissioning, and safety validation are required before production use. Mobile platforms must be properly stabilized before robot operation, and each new operating location must be evaluated for stability and safety.
