Once we have a clear vision of your project, we can bring it project to life by converting your custom designs into actual projects in our fully equipped manufacturing department consisting of a large inventory of aluminum, steel, and plastic products, high-end non-ferrous and ferrous saws for cut-to-length, milling drilling, and tapping equipment for machining, table saws, CNC router, and shear for panel processing, CAD accessible assembly areas, and a shipping department with wrapping stations, supplies, and staging areas.
Product On-Demand
Large inventory of raw materials to accommodate custom designs consisting of bulk fractional 10 and 15 series t-slot aluminum, skids of wire mesh and polycarbonate panels, associated associated brackets, feet, door hardware, as well as standard safety switches, presence sensing and monitoring devices, and more. Metric extrusion sizes of 30, 40, and 45 series t-slot extrusion available upon request can be prepared for your next guarding installation or a build and ship in manufactured kitted form or assembled form such as workbenches, carts, racks and shelving.
Custom Finishes
Are you looking for powder coating, painted finishes, anodize, or just a polished look? We can assist with custom plating offering standard colors like safety yellow or gloss black, as well as company colors. Supply us with an RAL number to match your frame to your company's look.

Custom Machined Parts
With our experienced machinists, we can custom make brackets and plates, stops, sensor brackets, etc... using 6061 aluminum, hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel, and various plastics, which can can be used to help adapt to your t-slot frame without looking like an afterthought for such products as safety switches, ergonomic lifting devices, adaptive tooling, and more.
Metal Fabricated Parts
Our master fabricators can cut, machine, bend, roll, weld, and engrave, typically created from a light-to-medium gauge sheet metal, as well as steel tubing. Custom plating such as painting and powder coating with standard colors or customer-requested RAL color numbers.
