When do injuries occur based on experience level?
The answer may surprise you. People who have worked at a job for less than five years make up 39% of workplace injuries. This is followed by people with 5-10 years of experience making up 29% of workplace accidents. Third place goes to people with 10-15 years of experience in their job making up 14% of accidents. And 18% of workplace accidents are made by people who have worked there for over 15 years.
