There are many reasons to hire a subcontract work out. Forty-four percent of people hire a subcontractor because they lack the skilled trade. Twenty-two percent of people say they hired out because it would save them money. Eighteen percent of people said it saved them time. Ten percent of companies are using their internal resources elsewhere. And six percent of people said hiring out eased  their internal workload.
