- Slide the connected t-nut in the slot of the extrusion without the machining
- Align the two extrusions at a 90deg angle
- Drop the anchor into the counterbore on one extrusion
- Position extrusions and tighten fasteners

- Put bolt thru clip
- Thread into the tapped extrusion
- Slide the clip and screw down the t-slot of the mating extrusion
- Line up the bolt head with the access hole
- Put tool through access hole inserting into bolt head and tighten

- Insert screw thru plate and thread slightly into t-nut for each hole
- Slide plate with loaded hardware into the slot of the first extrusion
- Slide mating extrusion onto the other side of the plate
- Align to desired position and tighten fasteners
